Stephen Lafaille Pe

Stephen Lafaille, PE has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Stephen started their career as a Project Engineer at American EcoThermal in April 2009, where they worked until April 2010. Stephen then joined Tecogen Inc. in May 2010 as a Product Development Engineer and worked in that role until May 2013. Stephen then transitioned to the role of Product Manager at Tecogen Inc. from June 2013 to March 2016. After that, they served as a Product Manager from April 2016 to November 2018. Most recently, Stephen held the position of Director of Business Development at Tecogen Inc. from December 2018 and later became the VP of Business Development in March 2021.

Stephen Lafaille, PE completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of New Hampshire in 2009. Stephen further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2011.
