Benjamin Costley

Benjamin Costley currently holds the position of Vice President for the Naval and Civilian Agencies Division at Tecolote Research, a role assumed in July 2020. Prior to this, Benjamin served as Operations Research Analyst at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) from December 2018 to June 2020, leading the Cost Team for PEO Submarines and engaging in various cost analysis tasks. Benjamin's earlier experience at Tecolote Research, Inc. from October 2001 to November 2018 as Operations Manager involved cost engineering, economic analysis, and managing a team of 40-50 analysts and managers, contributing to his extensive expertise in Navy and DoD cost estimating accumulated over 16 years. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from Centre College between 1997 and 2001.
