Jared C.

Jared C. has a strong background in IT field engineering and support. Jared started their career in 2016 as an IT Field Technician at Golden Star Technology Inc, where they provided IT support to over 2,000 users across 21 LAPD stations. Jared collaborated with the LAPD's IT division to enhance IT response and resolve hardware and software issues. Jared also played a key role in a large-scale technology upgrade project, overseeing the maintenance and documentation of computer systems and network infrastructure.

In 2019, Jared joined STRATEGIC SERVICE SOLUTIONS, INC as an IT Field Engineer. Jared took responsibility for providing IT support for terminals in the Port of Los Angeles, serving a total of 200 users and managing over 5,000 network devices. Jared excelled at troubleshooting network equipment issues and resolving connectivity gaps between switches and cranes or cameras.

In 2021, Jared moved on to work as an IT Field Engineer at Netrix, LLC. Jared continued to demonstrate their expertise in IT support and field engineering until 2022.

Currently, Jared is employed as a Systems Administrator at Tecolote Research, where they are applying their skills and knowledge in managing system operations and supporting end-users.

Jared C. pursued their education from 2014 to 2018 at Western Governors University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
