Jeff Leach

Jeff Leach serves as the General Manager of the Enterprise & Launch Group at Tecolote Research, where responsibilities include managing a team that provides advisory support services to United States Space Force executives on ground and space programs. With extensive experience in program and technical management, Jeff has a strong focus on acquisition, strategic communication, and schedule development. Previous roles at Tecolote Research include Project Manager and Principal Analyst, where Jeff managed financial analysis and schedule assessments for Space Launch and Test Ranges, and Senior Analyst, providing schedule management and cost analysis support. Prior to Tecolote Research, Jeff held various positions at the United States Air Force, culminating in the role of Chief of the Acquisition Management Branch. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BSBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University.
