Jenifer L. Zbiegien

Jenifer L. Zbiegien, GPHR, CPSP has over 25 years of experience in various HR roles. Jenifer L.'smost recent position was as the Executive Vice President & Chief HR Officer at Tecomet, Inc., where they started in April 2023. Prior to that, Jenifer was a Founding Member of the HR Executive Council starting in March 2022.

From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Marketing at Aludyne, a lightweighting solutions and components supplier to the mobility industry. In this role, they led HR, EH&S, Sustainability, Internal Communication, and Marketing strategy globally.

Before Aludyne, Jenifer worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from 2016 to 2019, first as the Director of Global Human Resources for the Driveline Division and then as the Director of Global HR Operations (Interim) in 2018. At AAM, they led HR strategy across 10 countries for a $4 billion division and managed a team of 80. Jenifer L. advised senior leaders on organizational design, talent management, compensation, and talent development.

From 2005 to 2016, Jenifer held various positions at ZF Group, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of HR in North America Braking. Jenifer L. also managed the North American Talent Center and oversaw salaried recruitment, high-potential employee development, succession planning, and leadership training.

Jenifer started their career in 1995 at EMH Regional Healthcare System as an Employment Representative. Jenifer L. then worked at SELEE Corporation as an HR Generalist from 1996 to 1998, and at TRW, Inc as a Human Resources Representative from 1999 to 2000.

In 2000, Jenifer joined Hana Technologies, Inc. as the Human Resources Manager for HANA Microdisplay Technologies. Jenifer L. stayed with the company until 2005.

Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications throughout their career, including the HR Executive of the Year Award from ASE in 2021, the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) designation from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in 2020, the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015, the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010, and the Greenbelt Certification in 2005.
