Kristen Davidson

Kristen Davidson has a diverse work experience in talent management, organizational development, training, and project management. Kristen is currently the Director of Talent Management at Tecomet, Inc. Prior to that, they held various roles at Consumers Credit Union, including Vice President of Organizational Development and Training and Development Manager. Before joining Consumers Credit Union, they worked at PNC Mortgage in roles such as AVP, Project Manager for Mortgage Training, Training & Development, and Operations.

Kristen Davidson's education history includes studying Business Management at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Kristen has obtained additional certifications in Leadership Development & Succession Strategies and Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute.
