Rory Chichester is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the investment and real estate sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of TECS Group since 2011, which specializes in technology-enabled building compliance services and asset maintenance, Rory co-founded the company with Oliver Hutley. In 2019, Rory founded and became the Director of SpringRock, a private equity firm focused on the built environment, providing strategic support to enhance business growth. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at Strand Hanson from 2009 to 2011 and as an Analyst in Real Estate Investment at Kandahar Real Estate from 2005 to 2009, where responsibilities included managing a £500m mixed-use portfolio. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management.
