Andre Joffre

Andre Joffre has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Joffre has served as Président of Pôle de compétitivité DERBI since June 2005 and has held the position of Président at TECSOL SA since December 1982, leading the most significant independent consulting firm specializing in solar energy. Additionally, Joffre served as Président of the Fédération Nationale des Banques Populaires from June 2018 to June 2024 and was Président of Banque Populaire du Sud from May 2009 to May 2024. Joffre was also the Directeur de la Publication for TECSOL PRESSE from 2004 until June 2023, overseeing a magazine and digital media outlet. Joffre's educational background includes a degree as Ingénieur from Ecole nationale des Arts & Métiers, completed between 1973 and 1979, as well as early education at Lycée Clos Banet Perpignan and Rivesaltes.
