E. Marcel Oprea

E. Marcel Oprea is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in full-stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer in R&D at Tecsys Inc. since November 2020, Oprea is involved in the integration of the API Team into the renowned OD Platform Team within the Retail/Omni™ OMS division. Prior to this role, Oprea held key positions at TRADER Corporation and Dealer-FX Group, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing initiatives and leading software development teams in the automotive sector. Oprea's career also includes significant contributions to TUI, focusing on creative software solutions, and to DXStorm Inc., where Oprea led design and implementation projects for eCommerce solutions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, as well as military training from "Gheorghe Lazăr" Military School in Romania.
