Francis Picard

Francis Picard has a wide range of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Francis is currently working as the Senior Director of Application Software Development at Tecsys Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Vice President of Digital at H&R Block Canada from 2018 to 2020. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at nventive. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Software Product Development at Sogema Technologies Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Francis also has a strong background in mobile game development, having worked at EA Mobile in various roles from 2003 to 2012, including Director, Head of Operations in Montreal, and Development Director. Additionally, they have experience as a programmer at Cimmetry Systems and as an intern programmer at Locus Dialogue.

Francis Picard completed their EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree from EMBA McGill HEC Montréal between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Université de Montréal from 2000 to 2002. Francis'sundergraduate education was also at the Université de Montréal, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from 1997 to 2000.
