Gagandeep Kaur Markan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in business analysis and software quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Tecsys Inc. since January 2016, Gagandeep has effectively led cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient incident management.
