Guillaume Richer

Guillaume Richer has a diverse work experience in software development and management positions. Guillaume started their career at JBM Logic Inc. as a Software Developer and later became a Software Developer Team Lead. In 2008, they joined Sogema Technologies Inc. as a Software Developer, where they led the development of a citizen registration software and refactored libraries for better efficiency. Guillaume also served as a Software Development Manager at Sogema, transforming the development process to agile principles and leading a team of 15 developers.

In 2016, Guillaume joined Nexonia as a Software Development Manager, where they managed, led, and coached developers and QA analysts within an Agile/Scrum methodology. Guillaume also contributed to database and software architecture in a SaaS environment and promoted industry best practices.

In 2017, Guillaume worked at Thinking Capital as a Software Development Manager before transitioning to Tecsys Inc. as the Director of Software Development in 2019. As Director, they bring their extensive experience in software development and management to oversee the development projects and strategies at Tecsys Inc.

Guillaume Richer has a Bachelor's Degree in History from Université du Québec à Montréal, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Guillaume also has a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Computer Software from Cégep du Vieux Montreal, which they obtained between 2003 and 2004. In addition, they hold a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org since 2015.
