Litsa D.

Litsa D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Litsa started their career as a Royalties Analyst at TouchTunes in 2007 and later worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP as a Summer Law Clerk in 2011. Litsa then joined the Royal Canadian Mint as a Summer Law Student in 2013 and returned in 2014 as a Student-at-law. Litsa also worked in the Corporate and Legal Services department at the Royal Canadian Mint from 2016 to 2017.

In 2012, Litsa founded Law Job Exchange, a legal career community that connects lawyers and law students with job opportunities and provides mentorship and career education. Litsa continued to develop this venture until 2022.

Litsa's experience in the tech industry includes working as a Senior Recruiter at Shopify from 2018 to 2020, where they specialized in legal and finance recruitment. Litsa later became a Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. From 2020 to 2022, they also founded and served as a Legal Career Coach at legalcareercoach.ca, helping lawyers and law students achieve career goals.

Most recently, Litsa worked at Shakepay as a Talent Lead from 2022 to 2023, leading the Talent Acquisition and People team in hiring and retaining top talent. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Tecsys Inc., starting in 2023.

Litsa D. completed a Bachelor of Laws - Droit Civil degree in Law at the University of Ottawa from 2010 to 2013.
