Meera Lakhani

Meera Lakhani is a Principal Recruiter at Tecton, focused on solutions for machine learning data challenges. Prior to Tecton, Meera held a talent leadership role at Robust Intelligence, overseeing recruitment for strategic positions. As Head of Talent at Moveworks, Meera was instrumental in scaling the company from 5 to over 550 employees since joining at the seed stage. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at The Stepo Group and as Head of Talent at Andale, where Meera contributed to significant growth in both firms. Meera began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at Trilogy Consulting and initially worked as a Biochemical Technician at Genentech. Meera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.
