Rachelle Kulak currently serves as the Vice President of Global Technical Services and Customer Success at Tecton since April 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Confluent from June 2019 to April 2025, where responsibilities encompassed customer success management, technical voice of the customer, and professional services. Rachelle has also held various leadership roles at Gryphon Networks and A2B KIDS, INC., where responsibilities spanned customer success, strategic planning, organizational operations, and brand strategy. Additional experience includes a project management role at Hill & Partners, focusing on project initiation and execution in the experiential industry, as well as earlier roles in account management and customer service. Rachelle Kulak earned a degree from New Mexico State University in 2009.
