Greg Fullerton

Greg Fullerton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management and training. As Vice President of Human Capital at Tectonic since July 2015, Greg oversees global human resource functions, focusing on talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Greg served as Director of HR and Talent at BarcodesInc, managing all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, and development. Additional experience includes various leadership roles at TEKsystems, where responsibilities ranged from managing a talent outsourcing organization to overseeing training services and curriculum development. Greg's career began in training and instructional roles, and Greg served in the USAF as a Senior Aerial Gunner. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Education from the University of West Florida and an Associate of Arts in Education and Computer Science from Pensacola Junior College.
