Ikram Ait Lahaj

Ikram AIT LAHAJ is a professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement at Tectra Recrutement Maroc since January 2023, Ikram previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Across Academy Group from February 2020 to January 2023. With a brief role in customer service at Société Générale in December 2019 and an internship in accounting at Fidex Conseil from July to November 2019, Ikram has built a diverse skill set. Educationally, Ikram holds a Licence professionnelle in Gestion des ressources humaines from Université Hassan II (2020-2021), an intermediate diploma in Communication from the American Language Center (October 2021 - March 2022), and a technicien spécialisé in Gestion des entreprises from an institution in Casablanca (2017-2019).
