Houston Ho has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and business analysis. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Business Manager at Create Tech Software Systems Limited, specializing in Point of Sales System and CRM. In 2010, they joined Armitage Technologies Limited as an Account Manager and later took on the role of Senior Account Manager. During their time at Armitage, they also worked as a Business and Data Analyst, eliciting business and user requirements for various IT projects.

In 2018, Houston joined Tectura, where they held multiple roles. As the Team Lead, they led a team in delivering Automation, Intelligence, and Analytics (AIA) solutions.
