Kastner Xia has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. They started their career as a Program Coordinator at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008. In 2009, they joined M50 as a Digital Managing Editor and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Manager at STech. They then joined 创客星球TheMakers as a Marketing Project Manager from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Cheez Group. In 2018, they moved on to Coohom, where they worked as a Digital Marketing & Growth specialist until 2021. Following this, they joined Affise - performance marketing software as a Marketing Manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are a Marketing Manager at Tectura since 2023.

Kastner Xia completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Literature, with a focus on Museology, from Shanghai University in 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Arts Management, also from Shanghai University, which they completed in 2008.
