Phyllis Knight

Phyllis Knight is the current Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Tecumseh Products Company. Phyllis has over two decades of experience working in finance, strategic planning, and accounting.

Knight began their career at Conway MacKenzie, Inc. where they worked as a managing director from January 2019 to August 2020. Phyllis was then brought on as the Chief Financial Officer at POLAR CORPORATION in September 2014. While CFO, Knight successfully closed the sale of the company in late-2015.

From January 2016 to December 2019, Knight served as the Chief Financial Officer at Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. During their time there, they successfully spun-off the Bagger Dave's business unit and led efforts to recapitalize the company. This ultimately resulted in a take-private transaction and sale to a PE sponsor.

Most recently, Knight was the Financial Executive and Division President at CHAMPION ENTERPRISES HOLDINGS, LLC from June 2013 to December 2013.

Phyllis Knight received their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. Phyllis is also a Certified Public Accountant in both Michigan and Minnesota (inactive).
