Carla Monich

Carla Monich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, innovation, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Diretora de ESG e Relações Institucionais at Tecverde Engenharia SA since April 2014, Carla leads initiatives focused on sustainability, operational excellence, and organizational innovation, while also managing health, safety, and quality systems. Previous roles include leadership in sustainability, innovation, and strategic human resources, highlighting a strong focus on ESG and transformation within organizations. With a solid academic background, including master's degrees in Strategic Human Resource Management and Leadership, Innovation and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Carla also has research experience in sustainability in construction from the Federal University of Paraná.
