Michael Britt

Michael Britt has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Manager at Ted Britt Ford Automotive Group since July 2013, where Michael co-developed the acclaimed Effortless Sales Experience. Prior roles include Fixed Operations, focusing on business development and customer engagement, and Program Manager at Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. Michael was instrumental in the creation of the annual Lobster Extravaganza fundraising event for Life with Cancer from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Michael founded Los Banditos Lacrosse Club and held various coaching positions, while also gaining experience as a Creative Consultant for Zebra Apparel. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and completed NADA Academy in 2022.
