Albert Cahn

TED Fellow

Albert Cahn is a prominent advocate in the field of civil rights and technology policy, currently serving as a TED Fellow since February 2022 and a Practitioner In Residence at New York University School of Law. As Executive Director and founder of the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project since January 2019, Albert has successfully established the organization as a vital civil rights NGO. Additional roles include Technology and Human Rights Fellow at Harvard Carr Center and Visiting Fellow at Yale Law School.
