Gerry Garbulsky

Gerry Garbulsky is an accomplished author and educator, currently serving as the host of Aprender de Grandes, a global community focused on lifelong learning. As Director TED en Español and Senior TEDx Ambassador for South America at TED Conferences, Gerry plays a significant role in fostering impactful ideas across the region. Gerry has also been organizing TEDxRíodelaPlata since 2009 and is a member of Instituto Baikal. Co-founder and professor at El Mundo de las Ideas, Gerry contributed as a columnist for Basta de Todo until 2016 and directed Oblogo from 2009 to 2012. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Licenciado in Physics from the University of Buenos Aires, Gerry combines a strong educational background with extensive professional experience, including a tenure as a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group from 1996 to 2009.
