Hiteshi Patel

Hiteshi Patel is a dedicated medical student at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree from 2021 to 2027. Currently, Hiteshi serves as a Research Intern at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, contributing to research on pain and addiction in patients within the Apkarian Pain and Passions Lab. Hiteshi also holds a leadership role as the Head of the Logistics and Organizing Committee for TEDxYouth@IMSA since April 2019 and previously worked as a Student Researcher at Benedictine University, focusing on quorum sensing in internal bacteria from April to September 2019. Hiteshi graduated with a High School Diploma in Medicine from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in 2021.
