Ladan Wise

Ladan Wise has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ladan started their career as a Freelance Web Designer and worked independently for three years. In 2004, they joined the Department of Justice as a Senior Project Officer, focusing on internet-related projects. In 2008, Ladan transitioned to the Department of Human Services as an Information Architect and eGovernment Specialist. Ladan then moved to the Department of Human Services, Victoria in 2011, where they worked as a User Experience and eGovernment Specialist. In the same year, they also joined TED Conferences as a Product Development Manager for TED.com. Over the years, Ladan progressed within the organization, taking on roles such as Senior Product Development Manager, Director of Service Design, and Deputy Director of Conferences. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategic Operations and Planning at TED Conferences.

Ladan Wise holds a Master's degree in Communication Design from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) completed from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts, focusing on Psychology, Criminology, and Politics at the University of Melbourne from 1995 to 1997.
