Priscilla Pemu MBBS MS FACP FAHA is a distinguished medical professional currently serving as a Member of the National Academy of Medicine at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and a Fellow and Board Member at the American Heart Association. Priscilla holds the position of Associate Dean for Clinical Research and Professor of Clinical Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine, where responsibilities include leading the Clinical Research Education and Career Development Program, reviewing patient-oriented research protocols as Vice Chair of the Biomedical IRB, and directing the implementation of community health improvement initiatives. Priscilla is also a Fellow of the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine program and has served as a TED Resident since 2019. Educational qualifications include an MBBS from the University of Benin, an MS in Clinical Research from Morehouse School of Medicine, and several further qualifications in Medicine and Anaesthesia.
