Shoshana Ungerleider

Shoshana Ungerleider, MD, is a seasoned medical professional and media producer with extensive experience in healthcare and communication. Currently serving as a Roundtable Member at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Shoshana also hosts and produces the successful podcast "Before We Go," which explores themes of love, loss, and meaning. As a Producer and Host for TED Health, Shoshana contributes to discussions on health topics through the TED Audio Collective. Additionally, Shoshana is the Founder and President of End Well, a non-profit focused on integrating end-of-life conversations into everyday life, and works as a Primary Care Physician at Crossover Health. With a background in documentary production, Shoshana was the Executive Producer for the Academy Award-nominated short documentary "End Game." Shoshana holds an MD from Oregon Health & Science University and a B.S. in Marine Biology from the University of Oregon.
