TED Speaker/ TED Confererences at TED Conferences

Tobacco Brown is a TED Speaker and TED Conferences presenter with a focus on sharing insights through creative mediums since September 2017. Simultaneously serving as an art21 Educator since July 2019, Tobacco Brown teaches contemporary art utilizing films from the PBS Film Network as part of the art21 Educators Cohort 2019-2020. Notable contributions include the TED Talk "What gardens taught me about life," launched in May 2018, and involvement in the TED Radio Hour on NPR in 2019. Tobacco Brown holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Graphic Design from the University of Memphis and has further developed expertise at the School of Visual Arts.
