Chiwa Yeung is an accomplished architectural professional with a diverse background in project management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ted Moudis Associates since June 2021, Chiwa has also co-founded The Paragon Studio and 75 Degrees Cafe & Dessert. As President & CEO of HIEB Corp and co-founder of Takeshi Sushi LLC, Chiwa has demonstrated leadership in the culinary industry. Previous roles include architectural positions at Velocity Architectural & Engineering Services, OMNI Architects, LAB ARCHITECTURE, and Kaneko Architects. Chiwa holds a Bachelor's of Architecture from Pratt Institute and a New York State Regents Diploma in Molecular Biology from an international high school.
