Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Product Development at TeDan Surgical Innovations since December 2018, Jessica has held various roles including Projects and Business Optimization Manager and Project Manager, focusing on new product development. Prior experience includes a position as an Engineer at W. L. Gore & Associates, where Jessica provided technical expertise to ensure product fitness-for-use. Jessica's earlier roles include a Peer Mentor at Texas A&M University and several internships that contributed to skills in research, engineering protocols, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Rice Business.
