Ron Nichols currently serves as a Senior Safety & Compliance Consultant at Tedford Insurance, a role commenced in January 2022 focused on establishing and overseeing a new division based on the COMPASS Program to enhance services for clients. Ron Nichols also undertook short-term assignments and consulting work with multiple organizations, including ArkLaTex, CM Heavy Machinery, AECOM Flint, Advantage Energy, and Tulsa Gas Technologies from June 2013 to June 2022. Ron Nichols began the professional journey after completing a high school diploma at Okemah High School.
