Dmitry Osetrov

Dmitry Osetrov has been working in the professional world since 2011. Dmitry began their career as the Deputy Head of Department of Financial Documentation at the Federal State Institution "Southern Directorate of Realization of Programs and Projects". In 2012, they moved to the Ministry of Regional Development as a Specialist of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation. In 2013, they joined Automated Systems and Budget Consulting (ASBC) as a System Analyst. In 2015, they became Self Employed in Digital Marketing while also working as a System Analyst at ITFB Group. In 2018, they became a Partner at Protoware, LLC and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at TEDU.

Dmitry Osetrov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Higher School of Economics in 2008-2010. Dmitry then obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2010-2012. Afterwards, they obtained their Master's degree in International Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO in 2013-2015. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in Marketing from Baruch College in 2016-2017.
