Lisa B.

Lisa B. has extensive work experience in various creative roles. Lisa began their career as an intern at Hasbro in 2011 and gradually progressed to roles such as Production Assistant, Assistant Editor, and Associate Editor. In these positions, they demonstrated skills in editorial work, motion graphics support, and team management.

Lisa also worked independently as an Editor/Creative/Camera Op, where they produced, shot, and edited a diverse range of projects for clients including Bose Audio, MasterCard, and The Knot. Additionally, they worked as a Videographer for The Patch, reporting on local news and events.

In 2022, Lisa joined The George A. Romero Foundation as a Brand and Content Manager, overseeing creative and design for content creation, social media engagement, and brand merchandise. Lisa also joined TEDxCambridge as a Visual Effects Producer.

Early in their career, Lisa served as the Treasurer of the Ocean State Film Society and held positions at 90.7 WXIN Rhode Island College Radio and 95.5 WBRU, where they gained experience in music management, DJing, and promotions.

Lisa B. has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications from Rhode Island College. Lisa attended Rhode Island College from 2007 to 2011. In 2016, they also obtained a Real Estate License from the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® in the field of Real Estate. Lisa B. has also received additional certifications, including a Be There Certificate from the Born This Way Foundation in March 2022 and a Mental Health First Aider certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in April 2022.
