Betsaida Lebron

Betsaida LeBron is currently serving as the EVP of Professional Development and Board Member at ALPFA Greater Sacramento. With a background in psychology and education, Betsaida also works as a Teambuilding Comedian at ImprovEQ, blending comedy with emotional intelligence to enhance team performance. In addition, Betsaida is a TEDx Speaker at TEDxFolsom, where they share insights on various topics. Previous roles include working as a Program Manager at NorCal Mental Health America and Co-Founder/Owner of Blacktop Comedy. They have a strong background in program management and training, with a focus on mental health and youth support.
