Prior to this, they worked closely with customers, sales teams and technical teams to understand customer business needs for wellness and medical SaaS spa cloud software at Zenoti. Poonam also has experience as a marketing strategy consultant at T-Mobile, where they were responsible for introducing and implementing marketing innovation labs. Additionally, Poonam has worked as a social media marketing consultant, helping to organize campaigns and convey research and analytics insights to Splash, an NGO based in Seattle. Poonam has also served as a global business strategy consultant at Microsoft.
Poonam Singh has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Kurukshetra University, a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Punjab Technical University, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington. Poonam is a certified Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - English (ENU) from Microsoft, VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2020 from VMware, and VMware vSphere 6.7 Foundations from VMware. Poonam has also completed certification courses in Data Driven Decision Making from PwC, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, Ethical Business from e-learning Solutions, Munich, and Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
