Caroline MacDougall

CEO / Founder at Teeccino Caffe

Caroline MacDougall has an extensive work experience spanning over four decades. Caroline began their career in 1973 as the Vice President of Purchasing at Celestial Seasonings. In 1985, they co-founded Interlink Electronics, where they served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for three years and then as a member of the Board of Directors until 2000. In 1991, they became the "Minister of Herbs" at The Republic of Tea, where they designed herbal teas and contributed expertise on herbs for their customers for 20 years. In 1995, they founded Teeccino Caffé, the premier line of roasted herbal blends that brew like coffee or steep like tea. In 2016, they co-founded Teeccino Brewing Company, which makes Tea Nitro, a line of artisanal fresh brewed teas.

Caroline MacDougall attended Dana Hall from 1966 to 1968, followed by the University of California, Los Angeles from 1969 to 1972.
