Tommy Lopez

Tommy Lopez is the Talent Acquisition Director at TEECOM. Tommy was previously the Talent Acquisition Manager at Milestone Technologies, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2019.

At Milestone Technologies, Lopez was responsible for managing a decentralize global team of 12 recruiters, 3 recruiting coordinators, and sourcing team. Tommy was also responsible for full cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

Under Lopez's leadership, the company saw a 21% increase in positions filled, with an average of 35 days-to-fill. Compared to 2017, which days-to-fill were an average of 42 days.

Lopez was also responsible for successfully placing Milestone’s current CIO, Sr. Director of Operational Excellence, and Service Delivery Executives/Managers. In addition, they consulted, advised, developed and executed the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with our Business Units. Including understanding current recruiting market trends.

At TEECOM, Lopez is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team in attracting, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's workforce needs. Tommy works closely with managers and employees to identify current and future staffing needs and develops strategies to attract top talent.

Tommy Lopez's educational career includes earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Texas. Tommy also completed foundation courses at Oklahoma State University. Tommy Lopez holds high school/secondary diplomas and certificates from Bell High School.

Tommy Lopez reports to David Marks, President & CEO. They work with Shana Stein - Principal & EVP, Global Development, Kenneth Webb - Principal, Executive Vice President, and Alex Serriere - Principal, Executive Vice President.
