Before that, they worked as the Modern Trade Lead at Reliance Communications from 2010 to 2011, and as the Manager Sales - Modern Trade at Aircel Ltd. from 2009 to 2010. Nitin's earliest work experience was as an Area Manager at Sify Ltd. from 2002 to 2008, where they were responsible for analyzing business trends, developing strategies, and managing relationships with franchisees.
Nitin Pandey began their education in 1982 at Dr. Virendra Swaroop Public School in Kanpur, where they pursued their I.C.S.E. degree with a focus on ICSE curriculum. After completing their primary education, Nitin moved on to Arts Science and Commerce jobs, where they studied Science and obtained their HSC degree from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they attended Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering Nagpur from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's in Electronics (B.E.). Nitin furthered their education by enrolling in SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2000 to 2002 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing.
