Tharindu Dissanayaka

Tharindu Dissanayaka is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Deputy General Manager - HR Operations at Teejay Group since February 2018, having previously held roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Tharindu's career in HR began at COLOMBO DOCKYARD PLC as a Management Trainee and progressed through various positions at Jay Jay Mills Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd and Sierra Cables PLC, culminating in roles as Assistant Manager. Academically, Tharindu holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, a postgraduate diploma in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo, and has completed specialized training in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management for Executives from AOTS.
