A Krista Kivisild has a diverse range of work experience in auditing, risk management, and IT audit services. A Krista started their career in 1998 as an Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Manitoba. After that, they worked as a Tax Preparation Analyst at Grant Thornton in 2000. In 2002, they also served as a Facilitator/Marker at the Chartered Accountants School of Business. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Consultant at the University of Manitoba. A Krista Kivisild CPA, CA, CISA has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Mathematical Sciences from The University of British Columbia. Subsequently, they pursued a career in accounting and obtained their CPA, CA designation from CICA in 2001. A Krista further expanded their expertise in 2008 by acquiring a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification from ISACA, specializing in Information Systems Audit. In 2009-2010, they attended MacEwan University to study NPO Board Governance. Continuing their commitment to professional development, they completed an Accredited COBIT 5 training course at ISG in 2014. In 2016, they received Yellow Belt certification in Six Sigma.
