Debra Yew is a seasoned professional in marine human resources with extensive experience in operational management. Currently serving as the Marine HR Operations Manager at Teekay since December 2018, Debra is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of customer and regulatory requirements for assigned vessels. Prior to this role, Debra worked at AET from July 2007 to November 2018, holding positions as Learning Development Manager and HR Sea Superintendent, where responsibilities included recruitment, planning, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Debra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and further specialization through Lloyd's Maritime Academy.
