Currently serving as Senior Superintendent at TEEL Construction, Inc. since April 2017, Juan oversees the daily operations of contractors in commercial, restaurant, and supermarket construction. Previously, as Project Superintendent at Pinnacle Commercial Development, Inc., Juan managed trade sub-contractors and ensured effective communications with clients. Other roles include Project Superintendent positions at Patriot Construction Services, LLC, and Tom Rectenwald Construction, as well as Project Manager roles in freelance capacities and with AF ALBER and Space Design Inc. Juan's educational background includes a High School Diploma in Building Construction Technology from Saunders Trade & Tech High School and coursework at Hudson Valley Community College.
