Robin Burgess

Robin Burgess is a seasoned professional in the healthcare staffing industry, currently serving as a Healthcare Client and Talent Manager at TEEMA since March 2023. Prior to this role, Robin founded and operated Intelligent Therapy Staffing from July 2001 to May 2022, leading the company in therapy staffing services. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Paragon Rehabilitation from 1998 to 2001, where strategic initiatives led to significant sales revenue growth and national marketing program development. Additionally, Robin held the position of Regional Vice President at NovaCare Rehabilitation from 1986 to 1998, managing extensive operations and achieving considerable profit and workforce expansions. Robin holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University.
