Lynn Ann Kister is a Certified PAC© Independent Trainer at Positive Approach to Dementia Care since September 2015, providing customizable workshops based on Teepa Snow's Positive Approach© to Care training. Additionally, Lynn has served as a Care Partner at With a Little Help, Inc. since December 2008, assisting elderly clients with daily activities. As the owner of Kister Productions, LLC since June 2017, Lynn has contributed to local events, notably aiding in the promotion and organization of activities for the Solar Eclipse. Lynn also owns and operates six cedars, offering chemical-free garden maintenance services in the Seattle Metro area. Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Dementia Care

Dementia is a life-changing condition that puts everyone at risk for neglect or abuse. Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care offers practical, supportive education so you can adapt to changes and live life with confidence, quality, and compassion. Founded in 2006 by internationally renowned dementia educator, Teepa Snow, Positive Approach to Care is not only the name of the company, but also how we describe Teepa’s approach to working with and supporting others. PAC is a remote company based in North Carolina, but has team members across the US, the UK, and Australia. Striving to improve the lives of those living with dementia and their care partners, PAC produce materials and programs to enhance one’s awareness, knowledge, and skill set regarding dementia and dementia care. PAC offers events, products, and training opportunities for organizations, professionals care partners, family and friend care partners, and the general population alike to foster an inclusive global community that sees dementia as a disability, not a death sentence. In addition to the live training sessions, PAC provides comprehensive training packages for professional organizations that include pre- and post-assessments, manipulatives, and certificates of completion.
