Scott H. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Scott started their career in 2014 as a Consultant & Coach at AlphaSights, where they specialized in heavy equipment manufacturing and continuous improvement. In 2015, they joined Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) as a Trusted Advisor and Affiliate, working as part of an exclusive network of top consultants and coaches. Scott also worked at Black Hawk College as a Corporate Training Facilitator, specializing in continuous improvement, business process improvement, DISC training, and career services support.

In 2018, Scott took on multiple roles in different companies. Scott became a Chief Designer at Redbubble, focusing on design work. Scott also joined Codfish Hollow Barnstormers as a Visiting Artist, showcasing their artistic talent. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development Facilitator at BOTT: Business Owner Think Tank, providing strategic solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Furthermore, they served as an Illustrator and Artist at Heroes Unlimited, creating commissioned illustrations.

In 2019, Scott joined TeePublic as a Designer & Sales Manager, responsible for both the design and sales aspects. Lastly, in 2023, they became a Contributing Author at LinkedIn. Scott H. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Illinois University, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Scott also holds an Associate's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager and Psychology from Black Hawk College. Prior to their college education, Scott attended Rock Island High School.

In addition to their formal education, Scott H. has obtained several certifications. Scott is a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Business Coach, both obtained from Trusted Advisors Network in January 2016 and August 2015 respectively. Scott is also a Certified Innermetrix Consultant, obtained from Innermetrix North America in June 2015.
