Sloane Williams has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. They worked as a Volunteer for the Julie Hubler for Franklin County Commissioner Campaign in 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as an Office Assistant at the Boston University Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, performing various administrative tasks and acting as a liaison for prospective students. In 2013, Sloane interned at the Kensington, Chelsea, and Fulham Conservatives, gaining hands-on experience with constituents and learning about fundraising efforts for the Conservative party. In 2014, they joined TeePublic as a Community Outreach Intern, successfully recruiting artists for the online marketplace. They then progressed to roles such as Customer Service Representative, Senior Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Operations Coordinator, and currently, as a Customer Service Operations Specialist. Throughout their roles at TeePublic, Sloane has focused on providing excellent customer service, improving operations, and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. Apart from their professional experience, Sloane also worked as a Camp Counselor at Be WISE Camp from 2008 to 2019, promoting girls' interest in science and math.

Sloane Williams obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from Boston University, completing their education from 2010 to 2014.
