Tim Payne

Tim Payne serves as the Managing Director at Charles Clinkard since December 2008, overseeing financial performance, strategy, and risk management for a workforce exceeding 450 employees across multiple retail and eCommerce platforms. Notable achievements include successfully navigating the business through the Covid-19 pandemic and leading a significant Artificial Intelligence project. Tim has held various leadership roles in supply chain, eCommerce, and IT, and has received multiple nominations for awards recognizing director excellence. Additionally, Tim serves as a Non-Executive Director at Broadacres Housing Association, a Trustee of Teesside Hospice, and has a strong background in merchandising with experience at Debenhams and Disney Store. Tim holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and American Studies from Brunel University of London.
