Brittany Won has held a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2021, they joined Teez Agency as a Creative Producer and Social Media Manager. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Founder/Freelance Content Creator at Mango's Home Kitchen, where they researched and developed weekly recipes for international cuisine to post on website, Instagram and YouTube, created weekly blog and social media posts targeting specific markets using SEO and keywords, and styled food, organized plating and decoration, and shot and edited photos and videos. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at KYCC (Koreatown Youth and Community Center) as a Communications Specialist and Social Enterprise Project Manager. As Communications Specialist, they managed the Instagram page, advertised, and marketed for the nonprofit agency, and created social media marketing campaigns for events. As Social Enterprise Project Manager, they led all efforts for the Koreatown Youth and Community Center's Social Enterprise Project - Vintage Soul, Koreatown's first non-profit vintage store, and developed the business model for the project and launched the business from the ground up. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they worked at C2 Education as an Assistant Center Director, where they initiated internal marketing campaigns, engaged with local schools, libraries and community to promote brand awareness within the Los Angeles community, and assessed employee performance, organized employee schedules, and managed employee on-boarding and training process.

Brittany Won attended UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication.
