John Chang has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to present. John is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at tefoLOGIC Inc., a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development at QuantiMedia LLC from 2016 to 2020.

John's earlier experience includes working as a Manager of Account Development at Silverpop Systems from 2004 to 2005, where they managed and grew major accounts. John also worked as a Manager of Email Marketing at Pacific Sunwear from 2003 to 2004, where they managed email marketing campaigns and increased revenue through A/B testing and segmentation.
John's career began in 1995 as a Marketing Analyst at GMAC/ACM Tech/Commonwealth Energy Corp., where they gained experience in marketing analytics, product marketing, segmentation, pricing, and competitive analysis. John was also responsible for executing product launches and international trade shows.
John Chang attended the University of California, Riverside, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Digital Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School in January 2014 and in Digital Analytics from Google in October 2013.
